Full Conference Registration Fees Remain Same as 2007

Those company representatives who plan to attend the general sessions, track sessions, luncheons and the Sunday night event should register as full conference attendees.  The fee for this attendee type is as follows:

Booth-Only Attendee Registration

AAEI designates this no-cost type of registration solely for your company’s staff members who will be setting up and staffing your company’s booth in the Expo Hall.  This registration does not include attendance at any sessions, luncheons, or the Sunday night event. Booth-only staff will be able to purchase individual tickets for each luncheon ($125) and for the Broadway Play ($85) when registering on-line as booth-only attendees. 

Early Bird Registration Fee (Please Note Policy)

A discounted fee for early registration has been done for the benefit of both AAEI members and non-members. The decreased fee is only available to those registrants who pay their registration fee by Monday, April 21st.   All credit card payments and checks must be received no later than April 21st , midnight (ET).  The records of those registrants whose fee remains unpaid on April 22 will be altered to reflect the regular registration fee.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, but wishes to send another person in his/her place, he/she may do so by sending an email to rguyse@aaei.org. This email should consist of the confirmation record issued to the registrant and the substitute’s information for the data fields. The original registrant and the substitute will receive confirmation that the change has been made.  An administration fee of $25 will apply to all substitutions and will be charged to the original registrant’s credit card.Deadline date for substitutions is Friday, May 23, 2008.

Cancellations will be accepted by AAEI via email (rguyse@aaei.org), fax (202-857-7843), or U.S. mail (AAEI, Attn: 87th Annual Conference - Cancellation, 1050 17th Street, Suite 810, Washington, DC 20036). The amount refunded for a cancellation will be the amount of the fee, less an administrative fee of $150 per registrant .   Deadline date for cancellations is Friday, May 16, 2008, close of business (ET).
